We’ve heard people discuss the power behind the energy we put out and its influence on what makes it back to us, but the question is how? And is there a way to supersede the ability of another person’s emotions to affect our own?

When we find ourselves in difficult chapters of life, we oftentimes gravitate toward those in similar places. If we’re unhappy in our current line of work, then we will lean in the direction of those who support that dissatisfaction and even relate to it.

No miserable person wants to be immersed in a room full of happy and joyful people. The same is true for those on the other end of the spectrum — people who are happy don’t want to expose themselves to an environment that could compromise their positive headspace.

The reality is most people that are happy with life generally don’t criticize or attempt to belittle others unless it was done to them first.
